Mutton Samosa Recipe

What ingredients you need for making Mutton Keema –
1.) 1/2 kg keema ( mince )
2.) 2 tsp chili powder
3.) 1/2 tsp salt to as per you taste
4.) 1 tsp coriander powder
5.) 1 tsp garam masala
6.) 1 tsp cumin ( Jira)
7.) medium size 4 onions
8.) 4 green chilies
9.) green coriander ( daniya)
10.) 1/2 tsp turmeric

Method for making Mutton kemma –
First of all you can mix all ingredients well in cooker means that 1 tsp oil, and 1/2 turmeric 1 onion, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tsp chili powder, 1/2 salt as per your taste, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp garam masala put it well and then close it by applying 2 whistles of cooker. Then open the cooker and weave it well, then after cooling down squeeze the lemon in it. Then mix it with onion, green chili and green coriander on top.

What ingredients you need for making samosa-
1.) A cup of Flour
2.) A cup of Meda
3.) salt as per your taste
4.) 1 tbsp oil for med

Method for making samosa –
Add flour, refined flour and salt and oil and knead it well. Then make small balls out of it and give it the shape of samosa, then heat oil in a pan and fry it well. Then serve with chutney.
