Add a liitle Turmeric powder and Salt to the fish pieces and mix. Fry the fish in Musterd oil for a minute and keep aside. In the same oil put a tsp of paas-phooran. After half a minute put the Kolmou xaak, salt and turmeric powder. Fry for 3-4 minutes, Put 2 tbsp of Khorisa, mix and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add water and cook until the water boils. Put the fish and cook on low flame till done. Serve with Rice.

P.S: Initially I was thinking of making ‘Maas with Kolmou’ but after adding the Kolmou I saw the container of ‘Khorisa’ nearby and without giving any second thought I grabbed the container….
