How to make Onion Raita, Simple Indian Recipes, Raita for Biryani

Curd – 1 cup
Onion – 2 nos
Salt
Finely chopped coriander leaves – 2-3 tsp
cumin powder – a pinch
Pepper powder – a pinch
Red Chilly powder – a pinch
Sugar – a pinch
Peppermint – 2/3 leaves
Chop the onion. You can slice it or chop it finely.Take the curd in a mixing bowl and beat it until it becomes smooth and creamy. Mix in the chopped onion along with salt and coriander leaves. Mix it well with the other ingredients and serve.
