INGREDIENTS:-

1) 2 nos   —- Medium Sized Mooli(Daikon Radish, peeled)
2) 3 cup   —- Wheat Flour
3) 2 tbsp —- Ghee
4) 2 nos  —- Green chillies (chopped)
5) 1/2 tsp —- Amchur Powder
6) 2 tbsp —- Coriander Leaves (chopped)
7) 1/8 tsp —- Turmeric Powder
8)      —     —- Salt (to taste)
9)      —     —- water

METHOD:-

* Grate the radish and sprinkle salt over it and keep it aside for half an hour.

* After half an hour squeeze the water out and add green chillies, coriander leaves and salt to it.

* In a bowl sieve the flour, add 1 tbsp ghee and the other ingredients.

* Knead it properly to form a semi solid dough by adding sufficient water.

* Then roll out thin rotis out of the dough and cook these rotis on a preheated skillet or pan until it turns lightly crisp.

* Then apply ghee on both sides.

* Serve hot with pickle.
