Ingrediants:
1. Black Rice – 1 cup
2. Milk – 1 lit.
3. Bay Leaf – 1 or 2
4. Kismis – 10 to 12
5. Sugar – 1 cup
6. Kaju – 8 to 10 no
Soak the rice in water for 6 hour. Boil Milk with bay leaf. Once milk is boiling add the rice. Keep the seam very low. Once the rice cook and the milk thick add sugar and present the pudding.
