1/3rd cup Honey (Shahad) Black Salt (Kala Namak )

 DIRECTIONS :How to make Nimbu Pani

* Cut the 4 lemons and squeeze out the juice.
* Slice the remaining lemons into thin rounds.
* Place the water and the dates in a sauce pan and gently boil for ten minutes.
* Add the zest and boil for another 2-3 minutes.
* Mix lemon juice, black salt and Honey in a tall glass. Add ice cubes as required.
* Top up with soda or water. Garnish with a lemon wedge and serve with a stirrer.
* Served chilled.
