Caramel custard pudding, a great dessert to try

4 eggs
2 cups milk

Method:
To make the caramel, cook 5-6 tsp the sugar in a pan over medium heat. Stir the sugar constantly until it is melted and caramel colored.
Pour the caramel into ungreased small custard dishes or a casserole dish. Carefully spread the caramel in the whole dish . Leave it to cool down
Heat the milk . In a big bowl whisk the eggs until creamy, then add the sugar, milk & vanilla essence. Whisk gently but thoroughly.
Transfer your the whole mixture to the caramelized pan or dish. Put a cling wrap over the pan.
Place the custard in the steamer and close the lid. Once steam comes, simmer for 10-12 minutes and then switch off fire and leave it for another 5 minutes.
Refrigerate it for about 2-3 hours
Run the knife around the edge of the pudding. Turn the pan and unmold the pudding before serving.
Garnish the pudding with mint leaves if you want. Serve it chill.
