Assam Network of Positive People is a non government, non-profit making organization working for the people living with HIV/AIDS in Assam since 2003. We have formed the network on 12th August’2003 with the help of Indian Network for People Living with HIV with only five members with a primary objective to provide support to all people living with HIV/AIDS in the state of Assam. To eradicate the discrimination with the HIV+ people is another vital agenda of our network. After initiating the network we have registered it under the society’s registration act 1860 in the month of June’2004. Here the network increased up to7 (Seven) members. Currently we have all total 2000(Two Thousand only) members in different districts of Assam
