Knol khol is an europan vegetable, very popular in India. It is a greenish white colored big and round vegetable, somewhat similar to cabbage, although it does not have leaves covering.

Ingredients:
1. Ol Kobi (Knol khol) – 2 nos
2. Black Pepper – 2 tablespoon
3. Mustard Oil – 2 tablespoon
4. Bay leaves
5. Corriander leaves
6. Onion – 1 no (Chopped )

1. Heat oil in a fry pan.
2. Wash the knolkhol gently and make cubes and fry it into oil.
3. As the knol khol is half boiled add the onion and black pepper and stir for few mins.
4. Add salt and turmeric as required.
5. Add the Corriander leave and serve hot.
